Returns and exchanges

Each Elements of Beauty Studio item is unique and handcrafted. If you are not satisfied with your order and wish to return your purchase, you can do so within 7 days of receipt at your own cost. As soon as the returned items is received in satisfactory condition (new and unused), a refund will be issued for the value of the item via the original payment source. If there is a defect, an arrangement will be made to return the item at no cost to you.

Since each item is handcrafted, exchanges will only be available within 7 days of receipt of item(s) for same type and style of original purchased item, and at your own cost. Please be careful in selecting an item.

Please note – individual computer monitor settings may affect the appearance of colors. The photograph is a representation of the individually crafted item and patterns/colors will vary.

If a jewelry item needs repairing in the future, please do not hesitate to ask. We will work out the details at that time.

Earrings cannot be returned/refunded for hygienic reasons according to EU laws.

Books:

Books ordered directly via CKKochis.com storefront qualify for returns/refunds.

All books and other items purchased through third party (Amazon, Lulu, CreateSpace, Kindle and etc.) do not qualify for return/refund via this website storefront. All books and items must be returned to original company per their return/refund policy.

Autographed books sales are final. No refunds.

Payment

PayPal – Payment in full is expected upon completion of checkout. The order will be cancelled due to non-payment if payment is not received within 48 hours.

All residents of Michigan will be charged 6% Michigan Sales Tax.

Shipping

Thank you for your purchase. All items will be shipped via USPS within 1 to 3 business days of receipt of full payment.

We will do everything in our part to make sure it is packaged and labeled correctly, but we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once it leaves the studio.

Special orders may take up to 14 days to ship.
