The events we experience at work and within our relationships can alter beliefs we hold about our self. The impact affects how we maintain body movement (exercise, time in nature and etc), our spiritual practice and choices in the foods we consume to nourish our precious bodies.
As your Coach I will listen carefully, provide ongoing support as you set goals and establish sustainable life changes that improve your health and happiness.
I am a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and practice a holistic approach to your transformation, which means I look at how all areas of your life are connected.
