My perfect client is a survivor. She is a woman who, gracefully and ungracefully, faces her struggles while doing her best to better the lives of others through her natural nurturing skills. She has spent the first forty-plus years of her life focused on the needs of others and has come to the realization it is time to shift her focus on her own well-being. She is wise and has used her wavering determination to live life in motion as a compass and motivation to climb out of her self-imposed pit of desperation and stagnation. She has reached the pivotal point in her life and knows without doubt that there is a powerful awareness on the edge of each trauma. She is there. She is no longer asking others for what she should do next. She is seeking her own answers from within - to hear her own divine voice; uncertainty and fear still cloud her path to access and trust her internal guidance. My perfect client is a seeker and resilient survivor.

The UnBox Your Kitchen Coaching Program provides you the opportunity to:

  • Learn how to prepare homemade meals, snacks and deserts.
