A coach is a guide and mentor who empowers you.  As your Coach I will listen carefully, provide you ongoing support as you set goals and establish sustainable life changes that improve your health and happiness.

'Live Life In Motion' Coaching Program

I am a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and practice a holistic approach to your transformation, which means I look at how all areas of your life are connected.  Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat?  Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising?  As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

Many individuals are afraid to ask for help in the kitchen. Often times they feel ashamed because they think they should already know how. Or, fear it will be hard, too gross to touch, messy, or they lack the confidence in knowing they can prepare homemade meals.

The UnBox Your Kitchen Coaching Program provides you the opportunity to:

  • Become aware of the amount of manufactured foods you're eating to nourishing your body.
  • Learn how to prepare homemade meals, snacks and deserts.
  • Learn various cooking techniques.
  • Be introduced to various eating systems (such as Paleo, Ayurveda, raw).
  • Individualized coaching program.
  • Feel healthier, sleep better, have more energy and focus.

Together we can:

  • Explore what's currently in your kitchen.
  • Choose food options that resonate with your healthy body. No this-is-how-you-must-eat instructions.
